Monika Herzig has been performing as a professional jazz pianist for more than fifteen years and has completed a Doctorate in Music Education and Jazz Studies at Bloomington's Indiana University in 1997. Currently she’s a member of the IU Music Faculty and maintains a busy performance schedule with three regular performance nights in Indianapolis as well as regional and international feature appearances. The Monika Herzig Acoustic Project showcases Herzig's award-winning skills as composer/ arranger and jazz pianist. For private and corporate events, Monika offers a wide range of entertainment options from solo piano, duos, trios, to dance combos as well as organ/ piano music for ceremonies.
